How do I choose the right legging length?

Our 7/8 length sits just above the ankle, ideal for studio and cycling workouts where you want a clean line. Full length hits the ankle bone and works best for running, hiking and everyday wear.

What is the difference between YouMove and YouTrain fabric?

YouMove® is our women's performance fabric: four-way stretch with medium compression, moisture-wicking and a buttery-soft feel that sculpts and supports without restricting movement. YouTrain® is our men's performance fabric: ultra-lightweight and rapid-dry, with four-way stretch, an anti-odour finish and a slightly relaxed fit.

How should leggings fit?

Close to the body. Our leggings are cut for a smooth, second-skin fit, with medium compression that sculpts and supports without restricting movement, and a high-rise waistband that holds its shape without digging or rolling.

Can I try leggings in store before buying?

Do you offer free returns on leggings?

Returns are free on all UK orders. You can return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as your leggings are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Outside the UK a return fee applies, which varies by region and is listed in our refund policy.

Are Now You Live leggings squat-proof?

Yes. Squat proof is one of the qualities YouMove® is made for, alongside softness, sculpt and stretch.

What length are Now You Live leggings?

The Walton is a 7/8 length. The Willoughby is full length with an ankle finish. Both are cut for a high-rise fit.

Do Now You Live leggings have pockets?

The Walton 7/8 Length Legging and the Willoughby differ here: the Willoughby is deliberately made without pockets for a cleaner silhouette. Check the product page for the style you are considering.
