Frequently Asked Questions

What sizes do Now You Live bras come in?

Our bras are sized UK4 to UK16 rather than by cup size. Use the size guide beside the size selector, and note the model's height and worn size shown on each product page.

Can I wear a Now You Live sports bra all day?

Yes. Our bras are designed to balance support with soft, everyday comfort, and several styles are made to layer under knitwear. Choose the strap shape and support level that suit you.

Can I return a sports bra?

Yes. Sports bras can be returned within the standard returns period, provided they are unworn, unwashed and returned with their tags and garment bags intact.

How should a sports bra fit?

A sports bra should feel close and secure without restricting your breathing. The underband should sit level and stay put when you raise your arms, and the straps should not dig in. Check the size guide and the fit notes on each product page.

Which sports bra support level do I need?

Match support to your activity. Our current bra collection offers medium support, which suits yoga, Pilates, studio work and controlled strength training. Check each product page for the activities that style is designed for.

Are Now You Live sports bras suitable for running or high-impact training?

Our current bras are medium support, designed for yoga, Pilates, studio work and controlled strength training rather than running or high-impact exercise. If you need high-impact support, choose a bra that has been tested for it.

Do Now You Live sports bras have removable cups?

Yes. Our bras are designed with removable cups so you can adjust shape and coverage. Check the individual product page to confirm, as features can change when new styles launch.

Which Now You Live sports bras are best for yoga and Pilates?

The Glen Bra and the Leamington Bra are both designed for yoga, Pilates and studio sessions. The Glen has an asymmetric double strap and a sculpting fit; the Leamington is a cleaner, more minimal shape with adjustable straps.
