We hope you love your You pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With all tags and garment bags intact

  • Returned in original or secure packaging

How to Return (UK ORDERS ONLY)

How to Return (ALL NON-UK ORDERS)

Alternatively, you can select items to return in your Account section following the instructions below. Please access your account by visiting this link: https://shopify.com/75071652078/account 

  1. Sign in to your account:
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Request return".

Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your return is complete.

Exclusions

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are non-returnable

  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only
